On an unusually heavy Daley Oval but in ideal weather conditions, Trinity recovered from a slow start to outlast Haileybury by 31 points.  Bolstered by the inclusion of players returning from injury, the Reserves too had a comfortable victory.  But close results went against Trinity in other matches, the Thirds going down to Caulfield by a solitary point and the Under-19s to Bulleen Templestowe by six points.  For details click here.
