Old Trinity Grammarians Amateur Football Club Establishment of Club Coterie
Dear Old Trinity Supporters & Family
A number of OTGAFC supporters have expressed a wish to have a closer involvement or connection with the club than that afforded by our membership packages, without wanting to become involved at committee level. As a consequence the Committee has decided to canvas with our close supporters, parents and friends the possibility of forming a coterie. This organisation would have an independent existence but would, of course, work in close harmony with the Committee. We see this exciting possibility as being a significant benefit for the club as well as a vehicle allowing a more intermit social connection for the many people who support our boys on the field.
As a consequence we have organised a meeting to seek out interest in creating our Clubs coterie, to be held at the work premises of one of our committee members, Scott Langdon.
Date: Tuesday, 12 February 2008
Time: 6:30pm
Venue: KordaMentha,
Level 24, 333 Collins Street, Melbourne
Access to the building maybe restricted afterhours, accordingly please contact Scott Langdon (0407 233 099) or myself (0412 608 720) on the night should you require access.
Finger food and refreshments will be provided and your attendance will not be regarded as an indication of an intention to join. At this stage we are attempting to gauge the interest level only and, if that is sufficiently demonstrated, to set in motion the steps necessary to constitute the coterie.
If you have any queries or suggestions please contact Scott Langdon or myself. Although there is no requirement to do so, it would be helpful if you could notify Scott of your intention to attend, for catering purposes.
The committee wishes you all a healthy and prosperous New Year.
